「ことば雀」（以下「本アプリ」）は、個人開発者の Ryohei Sakai（以下「開発者」）が提供する、ひらがなの牌で単語を作る麻雀ゲームです。本アプリにおける情報の取り扱いについて、以下のとおり定めます。

1. 開発者が収集する情報

開発者は、氏名、メールアドレス、住所、位置情報、写真など、利用者を特定できる情報を収集しません。アカウントの登録もありません。開発者のサーバーに情報が送られることもありません。

2. 端末の中に保存する情報

本アプリは、遊ぶために必要な次の情報を、お使いの端末の中にだけ保存します。

• 途中の対局（続きから遊ぶため）
• その日に遊んだ回数と、広告を見て得た回数
• 購入済みかどうか
• 設定（牌の字の書体、音、振動、自動の操作）と、遊び方を表示したかどうか

本アプリを削除すると、これらの情報はすべて端末から消去されます。

3. 広告（Google AdMob）

本アプリは、利用者が「広告を見て1局遊ぶ」を選んだときに、Google LLC が提供する広告配信サービス「Google AdMob」の動画広告を表示します。そのため、本アプリは起動時に Google の広告の仕組み（Google Mobile Ads SDK）を準備し、広告を読み込みます。このとき Google は、IP アドレス、端末と OS の種類、本アプリの情報、広告の表示や操作の記録、不具合の記録などを受け取ることがあります。

• 本アプリは、利用者一人ひとりに合わせない広告（パーソナライズしない広告）を求めます。
• 本アプリは、広告用の識別子（IDFA）を使ったトラッキングの許可を求めません。
• 欧州経済領域・英国など、同意が必要な地域では、起動時に Google の同意の確認を表示します。同意の内容は、本アプリの「設定」の「広告の設定」から見直せます。

4. アプリ内課金

買い切り（遊び放題）の購入と購入の復元は、Apple の App Store を通じて行われます。この手続きで扱われる情報は、Apple のプライバシーポリシーに従って Apple が取り扱います。開発者が支払いの情報を受け取ることはありません。

5. 単語の報告と外部のサイト

本アプリの「単語を報告」は、GitHub（GitHub, Inc. のサービス）のページを開きます。報告の内容は、利用者が GitHub で送信したときに公開され、GitHub のプライバシーポリシーに従って取り扱われます。本アプリの中には、出典や単語データの公開先など、外部の Web サイトへのリンクがあります。

6. カメラ・マイク・写真・位置情報

本アプリは、カメラ、マイク、写真、位置情報を使用しません。

7. お子さまのプライバシー

本アプリは、お子さまを主な対象としたアプリではありません。開発者が、お子さまから意図して情報を集めることはありません。

8. このポリシーの変更

このポリシーを変更する場合は、このページで変更後の内容と日付をお知らせします。

Kotoba-jan Privacy Policy

Kotoba-jan (ことば雀, "the App") is a mahjong game played with hiragana tiles, provided by Ryohei Sakai, an individual developer ("the Developer"). This policy explains how the App handles information.

1. Information the Developer collects

The Developer does not collect any information that can identify you, such as your name, email address, address, location, or photos. There is no account registration, and no information is sent to the Developer's servers.

2. Information stored on your device

The App stores the following information only on your device, as needed to play:

• An unfinished match (to resume later)
• How many rounds you played today, and rounds earned by watching ads
• Whether the purchase has been made
• Settings (tile font, sound, vibration, auto-play options) and whether the how-to-play guide has been shown

Deleting the App removes all of this information from your device.

3. Advertising (Google AdMob)

When you choose to watch an ad to play another round, the App shows a video ad from Google AdMob, a service of Google LLC. To do so, the App prepares the Google Mobile Ads SDK at launch and loads ads. Google may receive information such as your IP address, device and OS type, information about the App, ad impressions and interactions, and diagnostics.

• The App requests non-personalized ads.
• The App does not ask for permission to track you with the advertising identifier (IDFA).
• In regions where consent is required, such as the European Economic Area and the United Kingdom, the App shows Google's consent message at launch. You can review your choices under "広告の設定" (Ad settings) in the App's settings.

4. In-app purchases

Purchases and restores are processed through Apple's App Store, and any information involved is handled by Apple in accordance with Apple's Privacy Policy. The Developer does not receive any payment information.

5. Word reports and external sites

"単語を報告" (Report a word) opens a page on GitHub, a service of GitHub, Inc. What you submit there becomes public and is handled under GitHub's privacy policy. The App also contains links to external websites, such as sources and the published word data.

6. Camera, microphone, photos, and location

The App does not use the camera, microphone, photos, or location.

7. Children's privacy

The App is not directed primarily at children, and the Developer does not knowingly collect information from children.

8. Changes to this policy

If this policy changes, the updated policy and its date will be posted on this page.
